Sex and Nudity
There are four scenes or scene-sequences involving either sex or nudity or both. First, In a (brief) scene, the a girl writhes erotically wearing only a very thin, transparent garment that provides in effect full frontal nudity. Second, a (married) man and woman have sex in a scene during which she shows bare breasts, and he shows bare buttocks. This scene includes slow-motion sexual movements - implied, not explicit. In a third scene, a character is subjected to implied rough sex (or) possible rape by by another character. No nudity during this scene. There is a fourth scene involving some nudity: several females bare breasts; an implied sexual scene plus an impassioned kiss between two women. In addition to the above, the males often wear garments that leave them bare-chested and bare-thighed.
Violence and Gore
Many extremely strong/graphic battle sequences are shown throughout the course of the film. The violence however, is comic-book oriented, overtly gory/bloody and not realistic. Many, many deaths that include stabbings, beheadings and decapaciations are depicted graphically on-screen. A creature is stabbed in the eye with a knife; the creature yanks out the knife (We see blood pour from the wound), and is beheaded in slow motion (We see the head seperate, and the inside of the creature's throat). A creature is stabbed in the arm (It yanks out the blade as blood pours out). A man is supposedly stabbed in the groin, and is killed. A spear rips off a man's facial piercings, causing his mouth to be ripped open and blood to spray. In slow motion, we see a man's leg being cut off in a battle scene (A large amount of blood sprays). In several scenes, warriors are hit by shields. A scene depicts many characters being shot to death by arrows. Several soldiers gang up on a warrior and stab him multiple times (Blood pours out of his body). Three soldiers gang up on a warrior, impaling him. The warrior retaliates by killing each enemy soldier (We see blood spray from their wounds). A man is beheaded, and we see his severed head and bloodied corpse fall in an extended, slow-motion scene. Horses are stabbed multiple times, and have their legs cut off in a battle scene (Massive amounts of blood is seen flying). A man is cut in the air. A man stabs another man with a spear. A slow-motion scene shows two children fighting (Blood sprays). A wolf is stabbed in the mouth off-screen.
Profanity
No strong language; words such as "hell" used in literal meaning, not cursing.
Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking
None noted except for two. First, there are brief references to drugging of some women. Second, there are brief depictions of smoking.
Frightening/Intense Scenes
There is an initial scene in which babies are held over a pile of skulls with the implied (not depicted) threat of casting malformed infants off the cliff. A scene in which messengers are flung into a dark hole includes a terrified look of one of the men as he falls into the darkness. There are intense battles (see Violence and Gore). The opposing army includes sometimes frighteningly intense depictions of monsters.
